It's excellent when quality and friendliness come together. The room was very comfortable and had a dreamy view. Yuri's kindness was much appreciated. He was always willing to give the best tips, and the day we went to Machu Picchu, he stored our luggage for us free of charge. A beautiful experience we will never forget.

Excellent flexibility with the host's schedule and conditions. The place is in a beautiful area, very close to the exit for Machu Picchu, and the staff are friendly. They were very efficient with the laundry; we only dropped our clothes off one afternoon and they were back the next morning. Perfect, great price, I would definitely choose it again :)

It's one of the cheapest places in town and is located just steps from the main square. The bed is good quality. The view is superb, and the owner is very accommodating; he even stored our bags so we could go sightseeing.

Great servise, the administrator took us very friendly, said everything in english and give information about bus to Matchu Pitcchu. The room and bed was comfortable. We loved the wiev to mountains. They even give us early breakfast that we eat on time before Matchu Pitcchu trip. We are greatful. 100% recommend!

We spent one night in Aguas Calientes, but it was pleasant to rest at this hostel. Even though we arrived well before check-in, Yuri met us outside the train station. He kindly guided us to his hostel where our large suitcases were kept safe until we returned from La Cláqta in the afternoon. The place is quiet for resting and close to places to eat and visit. The double room had a great view of the mountains. Breakfast was included, and we left satisfied with Yuri's excellent service. I recommend it.

We booked a room with a bathroom through Airbnb and it was fantastic! The staff was very friendly, the location was perfect, and the view was amazing! 100% recommended. No curfew, and they'll watch your luggage for a tip. The bed was very comfortable, there was hot water, and plenty of blankets. Super clean. We made a reservation through Airbnb and were a little nervous about it since there were some mixed reviews. THIS PLACE IS AWESOME! The staff is super kind and accommodating, the room had a great view, and it was super clean. GREAT LOCATION! Very comfortable mattress and plenty of blankets. 100% recommend :)

The price-to-quality ratio is not right. Its location in Aguas Calientes is no excuse for the high prices, as there are many affordable hotels offering the same amenities. The place has great potential, provided they focus on repairs, maintenance, and customer service training. The stairs leading up and down to the hotel were always covered in dog feces, and when it rained, the water pooled. While not part of the hotel's facilities, it's the only way to reach it, so I highly recommend they maintain it, as it was extremely unpleasant. When I return to Machu Picchu, I will definitely avoid staying in this town. My overall experience was traumatic.

I stayed in a room with a window. It was very close to the Machu Picchu ticket office. I got a lot of information about Machu Picchu tickets in advance via WhatsUp!

Yuri and his wife are wonderful hosts, the price is fair, the location is perfect, and room 210 is the best! The view is amazing! The best! They were always helpful! Very grateful and happy!
