An incredibly unique stay in Lima. The area could not be better, located in a quiet street close to all of the restaurants and sights in Barranco. The setting is gorgeous with a view of the sea and the rooms are eclectic and spacious. Highly recommend to anyone who prefers a stay that is less conventional.

It’s been absolutely wonderful to stay here, great views, starting with the generous art work everywhere, what a treat, ocean views, great attentive staff, highly recommend their pisco sour, walking distance to cafes and restaurants. Hotel has a restaurant as well with good quality food.

Nice place with nice art. Not good if you want to go out and about. Controlled access with limited staffing leaves you out at night ringing bell waiting to get to your room. While I appreciate the art and the view I’d never stay here again. It’s also paid to be picked up from the airport - I waited 20 minutes for the person to come. Great location and space, shitty management and operation.

We were in Barranco one night before leaving from Lima for an early international flight and this was the perfect way to experience a little of what the area had to offer. We were greeted, promptly. Our room was clean and comfortable with a stunning view and everyone was kind and helpful. The location can't be beat, walkable to all that Barranco has to offer, we walked to Isolina for dinner and it was fantastic. Thank you for a wonderful last night in Peru!

Quirky, delightful combination of art gallery and hotel. Bed comfortable, service good. Breakfast delicious. Dropped a star as the shower didn't work. Great location for exploring barranco

I have controversial feelings about the place. Wouldn’t come back though. Rooms are all different. Our room smelled really bad. Bottled water was 10 soles. Better go to the nearest Metro store and get everything you need.

They don't rent out the pool outside of peak season. The TV wasn't working and they had to come up and replace the equipment. When we woke up there was no hot water, and along with the guest in another room, we complained about it and they fixed it quickly.
