Its a nice hotel. They did make me pay taxes for mu overstay fee which was strange. Usually you pay when leaving the country.

It's a decent place to stay, but it needs a lot of improvement, starting with the bathroom. The facilities, like the shower, are ancient, the water pressure was very low, and it was lukewarm at times. The room didn't have a trash can, and the breakfast, besides fruit and yogurt, only had one type of cake (and Peru is known for its amazing pastries). There weren't many bread options either. If you pay for breakfast, you expect a wider variety of things to choose from!

Stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment. Room is very nice with a good location but staff was extremely rude. We had our signs on the door for them to clean, and they didn’t. When we asked them about it, they said that we should not be putting the “come in and clean” sign up. Receptionist was scoffing and huffing at us when asked. Breakfast was pretty good but be warned, the tub is not the cleanest and also floors are very dirty with no slippers.

I arrived at 7:30 a.m. I was told I could check in at noon (as soon as the room was ready). Check-in is actually from 3 p.m. onwards. At 11:30 a.m., it cost $25. I heard from other travelers that they got their rooms at noon for free. I received a large towel upon request. Although I booked and paid for a double room, I only received a welcome drink 😅. Too expensive for no service. The hotel doesn't respond to emails.
