Very good hotel, excellent service from the receptionists Gisele and Stefany, they were very polite and helpful.

My experience was wonderful, the hotel was clean and organized, the breakfast was varied and plentiful, all the staff were friendly and helpful...especially the receptionists Gisele and Stefany, simply wonderful....I loved it...congratulations!!!!

I stayed at the QP Hotel Lima for a week. Overall, my stay was pleasant: the hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable, and its location in Miraflores is excellent for exploring Lima. However, several aspects of the service could be improved. From the moment I arrived, the welcome lacked warmth: the staff at the front desk didn't smile, and I was even served by an employee who was chewing gum with his mouth open, which didn't give a very professional impression. My biggest disappointment was the takeaway breakfast. Since I had to leave at 5:00 a.m. for an excursion, I requested a packed lunch instead of the included breakfast. It contained only two cookies and a small carton of juice, with no fruit, protein, or any other food. To get this packed lunch, I was also asked for official identification, even though I already had my room key card with its number. I had to rummage through my belongings to present my passport, simply to retrieve a lunch box whose contents were, frankly, very inadequate. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the hotel regarding this situation, but no solution or even an apology was offered. In short, the QP Hotel Lima offers a good location and comfortable facilities, but improved customer service and greater attention to guest requests would make a real difference to the overall experience.

I had a wonderful stay at qp Hotels Lima. The suite was excellent, very comfortable and well designed. I also really enjoyed the jacuzzi, the gym, and the overall comfort of the hotel. Everything was clean, modern, and the staff were kind and professional. The only small point is that the restaurant is quite small compared to the size and quality of the hotel, but the rest of the experience was truly outstanding. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lima!
