The experience consists of eight courses that change daily; they never repeat dishes and change them according to the catch of the day and the ingredients they have available. Everything was excellent. The team is 100% committed and strives to contribute to the best possible experience. Very importantly, they accommodate all allergies; I'm gluten-free and everything was perfect.

I learned about the hotel from a foreigner who asked me if I knew the Piedra restaurant. I said no, but I went online, found it on Google, and gave him the information. I met up with the person again, and he raved about the restaurant. I decided to check it out. I hit the jackpot. A delicious lunch, incredibly varied flavors, amazing textures, and more. Each course is accompanied by a chef who explains what you'll be eating, preparing your mind for that delicious portion. Everything was excellent. Thank you for creating this kind of cuisine.

A great place to eat different things; the place is small and friendly.

It's a unique place, very tasty; today I had a lot of tuna and trout! I prefer white fish.
