The resort was wonderful! The staff was very kind and helpful. The host/ maître d' of the breakfast restaurant was especially kind. I can’t recall his name because I’m terrible with names but he really went above and beyond to make everyone feel important and welcomed

It was amazing from the moment we walked in. Ariatna was very helpful. And Cristina's massages were incredible. Truly a highly recommended experience for when you're in the valley.

Took my family of 7. Very nice and clean rooms, Beautiful Historic hotel. I loved the Historical side of a portion of the hotel was once the home of a Spanish Conquistador. We stayed in the more modern part of the hotel. Rooms were large, service was great & the food was excellent. While walking around one night, we were fortunate to meet with upper management who took the time to give us a personal tour of the property.

Beautiful hotel. The service was very good. The best service was the morning wait staff Guabertto and Fabio. They were very attentive to our needs. We enjoyed the stay and they managed our large group with many children very well.
