Aranwa Sacred Valley Hotel & Wellness

The days I spent there were wonderful, the people were incredibly kind and helpful, the cleanliness was excellent, and the food was fantastic. I highly recommend it; it's a great place to stay with the family.

A magnificent hotel with incredible facilities, incredibly friendly staff, truly impressive service, and superb food. I'd like to especially mention Gilberto's service in the dining room. He was attentive to my every need. I will definitely return.

The location, Facilities, and staff were amazing, we just had a peaceful time, enjoyed the massage and water circuit. All the space was well-maintained and clean. Peaceful area.

We stayed at Aranwa Sacred Valley for 3 days in March. All staff were highly professional, friendly & attentive to requests but Cintia at reception went above & beyond to ensure our comfort & enjoyment at this FAB-U-LOUS hotel! It's isolated but a MUST STAY hotel while in Peru! On checking into our room, we had a maintenance issue that required 2 visits from maintenance staff that Cintia managed with promptness & understanding of our need. She also responded swiftly to a bout of altitude illness my partner suffered & managed to prevent it from worsening.

First thing was the pool in our suite was supposed to be heated but was cold as an ice cube, then we noticed there was a curtain missing in the kitchen, so we try to call the front desk but the phones didn't work, so I send my teenage son to tell the front desk and they send a maintenance man but he says he will get the phone and the pool going but he can't do anything about the curtain. I wake up the next day and the people on balconies across they way are looking into our suite as im getting my coffe in my underwear, I go check the pool and the pool is still freezing and the phone still doesn't work, so my wife goes and tells them at the front desk and we go on a tour. We come back that evening and the curtain is fixed but pool is still freezing and the phone still didn't work. At checkout they only gave me a $75 discount, they were rude and unreasonable. Don't stay here, there are better options in the sacred valley.

Gerealbuto was a fantastic beginning to my day. He always greeted me by name and was extra attentive; fantastic employee!

The Unno Spa and Full Day were excellent, with great service and attention. My thanks to Rosita and Ariatna for their kindness.

The hotel was wonderful, the staff were very attentive, especially the maître d', Gualberto, for all the attention he gave us. We enjoyed all the services: massages, jacuzzi, and tours of the hotel grounds. The rooms were very comfortable and had all the amenities of a good 5-star hotel.

The pizza experience was great!
