Moby Dick Pub

Moby Dick is Punta del Este's classic English-style pub on the port rambla, open since the late 1980s and busy year-round rather than only in summer. Over the decades it became a reliable meeting spot for gay and lesbian visitors as well as the general crowd, and it remains one of the few dependable nightlife anchors when the seasonal clubs are shut. Expect draught beer, a lively terrace overlooking the yacht harbour, and a mixed, welcoming crowd that peaks late into the night during the summer season.
