General Terms

All purchases made through or in connection with 2Bears Tavern Group, Inc. (“Operator”), including but not limited to events and merchandise associated with Jackhammer Chicago, The Hole, Meeting House Tavern, SoFo Tap, 2Bears Tavern Uptown, and Marty’s Martini Bar (collectively, the “Venues”), are subject to these Purchase Conditions.

By completing a purchase, the purchaser agrees to be bound by these terms.

All sales are final. Except as expressly provided in these Purchase Conditions, all tickets and merchandise are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

The Operator reserves the right to modify event details, including but not limited to performers, entertainment, timing, and layout, without prior notice and without obligation to issue a refund.

The Operator further reserves the right to refuse service, deny entry, or remove any individual from the Venue in accordance with Illinois law and Venue policies.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Tickets and merchandise are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances, except as expressly determined by the Operator.

In the sole and absolute discretion of the Operator, a refund may be issued. In such cases, only the face value of the ticket or merchandise may be refunded. All processing fees, service fees, convenience fees, and third-party transaction fees are strictly non-refundable.

Failure to attend an event for any reason, including but not limited to personal scheduling conflicts, travel issues, or voluntary non-attendance, does not qualify for a refund.

Denial of entry or removal from a Venue or event—including but not limited to failure to present valid identification, failure to meet age requirements, intoxication, disorderly conduct, or violation of Venue rules or Illinois law—does not qualify for a refund.

Any exception made by the Operator shall not constitute a waiver of these terms or establish a precedent.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that an event is canceled by the Operator, the Operator may, in its sole discretion, offer a refund, credit, or transfer to a rescheduled event.

If a refund is issued due to event cancellation, only the face value of the ticket will be refunded. All processing fees, service fees, convenience fees, and third-party transaction fees are non-refundable.

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. Failure to attend the rescheduled event does not entitle the purchaser to a refund unless otherwise determined by the Operator in its sole discretion.

Changes to event programming, performers, entertainment, or schedule do not constitute a cancellation and do not qualify for a refund.

Item Transfer Policy

Tickets may be transferred to another individual up to four (4) hours prior to the scheduled event start time.

After this cutoff, transfers are not permitted under any circumstances.

The original purchaser is responsible for ensuring that any transferred ticket is delivered to the recipient and that the recipient complies with all Venue policies, including age and identification requirements.

The Operator is not responsible for invalid, duplicated, or fraudulently transferred tickets and reserves the right to deny entry in such cases without refund.

Age Restriction

All events held at the Venues are strictly limited to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older.

A valid, government-issued photo identification is required for entry. Failure to present valid identification or failure to meet age requirements will result in denial of entry without refund.

The Operator reserves the right to verify identification and age at any time and to deny entry or remove any individual who does not comply with these requirements.

Miscellaneous Policies

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?


No, there is not a strict dress code; however, fetish gear and dressing to the theme is strongly encouraged to enhance the overall energy and experience of the event. Guests are encouraged to wear leather, latex, or attire that aligns with the theme. While not required, themed attire may enhance individual and group experience.


WHAT IS THE COAT & BAG POLICY?


Coat and bag check is available upstairs in The Rec Room for $2 per item. An additional clothes check is available downstairs in The Hole for $2 per coat or bin.
All bags, packs, and cases are subject to search upon entry and must be checked. Guests are strongly encouraged to avoid bringing bags or large items when possible. The Operator is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.


WHAT IS THE PRIORITY ENTRANCE QUEUE?


All pre-sale ticket holders receive access to a Priority Entrance queue and may bypass the General Admission line. Entry is processed as efficiently as possible. The Operator does not delay entry for crowd buildup, appearance, or promotional purposes.


IS PHOTOGRAPHY ALLOWED IN THE HOLE?


No photography or video recording is permitted at any time within The Hole. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of mobile phones, cameras, or any recording devices.

Any individual found taking photos or recording video in The Hole may be subject to immediate removal from the Venue without refund. The Operator reserves the right to enforce this policy at its sole discretion.
