There are no gay hotels in Aalborg, and in a country with same-sex marriage since 2012 you don't need one. Earlier versions of this page described several hotels as LGBTQ+ specialists; none markets itself that way. The useful question is location.

For Jomfru Ane Gade and the waterfront

• Radisson Blu Limfjord: 188 rooms on the waterfront at the end of the bar street.
• Dancenter Hotel Jomfru Ane: 35 rooms on the bar street itself; noisy at weekends.
• Helnan Phønix: Aalborg's oldest hotel, a 1783 palace on Vesterbro.
• Mortens Kro Restaurant & Suites: about six suites above a chef's restaurant.

Near the station

• Comwell Hvide Hus and Scandic Aalborg City by Kildeparken.
• Four Points Express by Sheraton and Prinsen Hotel for short walks from the train.



Harbour and budget

• Pier 5 and KOMPAS (the former Sømandshjemmet) on the east harbour.
• Cabinn Aalborg: 239 compact rooms on Fjordgade.
• Casa Corner: a B&B in a 1905 villa near the zoo.
