Aalborg Airport Hotel

Good hotel...walking distance from Aalborg airport... the beds are two single beds..which I believe is less wider...which should be atleast more wider to feel comfortable while sleeping on bed...I have stayed in several hotels most of countries in the world ( from Europe, South America, China, Japan, Singapore, Dubai) never seen such a smaller single bed... Rest all was ok..if someone who prefer minimalist design.

Ok hotel with short way to airport terminal

Feces on the wall!! There were feces on the bathroom wall and several unidentified stains on the bed side, headboard and other furniture. I brought the problem to the attention of the reception, but was told that the hotel was fully booked and that I had to submit a complaint via email. As compensation I was offered a discount on a future stay - I think I'll just say no thanks!

We spent one night at the Aalborg Airport Hotel in October 2025. We arrived late in the evening and parked directly at the hotel in the designated hotel parking area. The hotel was aware of our late arrival, and since the reception was already closed, we used the self-check-in. The room was a bit musty, but still acceptable. We thought the location was quite nice for one night. Then, in the morning, came the unpleasant surprise: a parking ticket for 875 DKK was stuck to the windshield of our rental car (24-hour parking at Aalborg Airport costs 4 DKK). We asked the hotel staff for help and explained that we hadn't been informed that we needed to buy a ticket somewhere during the night and that we had assumed (and we've stayed in many hotels) that hotel guests were allowed to park in the hotel parking lot. Unfortunately, the hotel staff didn't respond to us at all and showed no willingness whatsoever to clarify this discrepancy. We were brushed off and ignored. That morning, long before 10 a.m., several obviously very drunk and alcohol-smelling guests were in the hotel lobby, repeatedly ordering beer and vodka. This scene, and the incomprehension that a hotel like the Aalborg Airport Hotel is unable to resolve such a misunderstanding in the guests' favor, is disconcerting and anything but customer-friendly. The reason I'm only writing this post now—six months later—is that we tried to contest the bus fare via Q-Park's online form and drafted a detailed, time-consuming letter. The response six months later: You have to pay!

Pristine rooms, good linen, good amenities provided. Excellent for short stays. Aalborg airport is at walking distance. Scandinavian airlines has flights from here.

Tea but no kettle, coffee pods but a broken coffee maker, only one towel for two people, a bedside lamp with a burnt-out bulb, and an overheated room… They could definitely do better! Breakfast, however, was very good and the staff were very pleasant.

They canceled my room and remained on sofa!! At least they served breakfast

Airport hotel, nice and clean and good service and help from the staff. Breakfast is a bit expensive, but nothing to complain about.

Very convenient airport hotel, about 100 meters from the terminal. Clean and comfortable room. It’s clear the hotel focuses on environmental sustainability. Good option if you arrive late, as food is available in the evening.
