Really nice hotel at a cheap price. Nice rooms and really good location

No staff present; everything has to be done via codes, and if that doesn't work, via the phone in broken English. Extreme noise from outside and from other guests until 6:00 AM as they walk up the stairs and stagger and shout through the hallways. At 7:00 AM, the staff starts and makes noise too, so you can't sleep here. Coffee in the room was a hassle, but the old cups from previous guests are still in the machine, so the cleaning leaves a lot to be desired as well. Never again at this hotel.

The rooms are very small but in the end it was ok.

The reception only speaks English. The room was reasonably clean, but the mirror was full of stains. The biggest downside was that the toilet leaked water onto the floor. We were neither given another room nor did they fix the problem. We had to put a face towel on the floor to soak up the water as there was no bath towel for the floor. The lamp by the bed also didn't work. The breakfast had a very limited selection and the coffee was bad. The coffee from the coffee machine was downright disgusting. An okay place for those who just want to party in the clubs and then drag themselves back to the hotel to sleep. Nothing more than that.

Simply such poor service you can't get in touch with a single person at the hotel who speaks Danish and then one day they also write some of their responses to the reviews in English hello I thought it was Denmark we were staying in
