Very beautiful hotel the rooms are big and they have balcony with a jacuzzi perfect for the afternoons looking at the view

Excellent hotel in Aruba. Very good service in all aspects of the hotel (rooms, breakfast, restaurants, beach service). The staff was very attentive to all our needs, especially those at the Star Prestige. Outstanding staff, friendly, and polite. Luxury service, and God willing, we will return because the entire setting makes you want to come back. Thank you to all the staff who made us feel so welcome at all times!

First, I want to highlight Mr. Ignacio's intervention in resolving some issues at the beginning of our stay, ensuring it met our expectations. Mr. Edwin's follow-up and dedication in the restaurant area were incredible. The service and attention in all areas of the hotel, including from all the staff, made our vacation pleasant and comfortable. I recommend this experience to all members. My suggestion, to further enhance the hotel's quality, is to extend the Star Café's hours to 24 hours.

Stayed for a 5 night trip. Room was fantastic (ocean view, center property). Did the all inclusive package. Food was impressive, which is very rare at all inclusive. Drinks were premium and well made. Service was great at the adults only pool. (Shout out to Jenny and Camilla). Views were beautiful and the beach is the world famous Eagle Beach.

I had a wonderful visit as my first time in this paradise. This hotel has amazing views of one of the best beach’s in all Aruba 🇦🇼 The food is amazing. The staff made the stay magical. From the marea restaurant we loved there service and the food. Thanks to David, Ana, Daniel and Devine and Miriam the hostess that super nice . At the Bucatini restaurant Astrid very nice. At the main pool bar to Camino who shared this story's and has such great drinks. To the front desk that always have a smile Amir, Rene and Tyrone. and the bellboys Robbert and Rich. The turn down services from Daniela who did an amazing job .

Stayed here for a week last year. Worst hotel claiming to be 5 stars we have ever stayed at. Worst guest services we have ever experienced. Safe broke and maintenance came in while we were gone, had to drill the safe to open it and stole money. Made a mess of the room with metal shavings. Room was cold and damp making walls and floors slippery despite using AC. First time to Aruba and possibly our last because our hotel experience was so bad. Only positive thing as far as guest service was the valet. Valet guys were very nice, helpful and attentive. Hotel was beautiful but very poor management. Will never return to this hotel. Recommend looking elsewhere.

First I wanted to say the rooms are very nice. Some of the staff is very rude. We went to do their sales pitch. We were told only 1hr and have valet parking. We get there no valet parking and took them 2.5 hrs for the presentation. They said they don’t push it on you but they pushed super hard. At the end they asked us to wait for their quality control person to see how it went but it was ANOTHER salesman. The whole experience was a total waste of time. However, their complementary breakfast was ok.

Yuly, my breakfast server, by far the best waitress I’ve had the whole visit. She was friendly, attentive and efficient. Her smile is contagious and you can tell she loves her job. She is definitely an asset to your staff.
