About this place Juanedu Boutique Hotel

Juanedu Boutique Hotel is a small hotel on Morgenster in Oranjestad, Aruba's capital. It has a 4.7 Google rating from about 150 reviews. It is listed as gay-friendly, but it is an ordinary mainstream hotel, not a gay hotel, and we have no details on rooms, rates or facilities. Aruba is one of the more relaxed Caribbean islands for LGBTQ+ visitors, and Oranjestad is small enough that downtown and the waterfront are a short taxi ride away. Book through the usual platforms and check the room and pool details there.

The room is actually an apartment, with a kitchen, a large refrigerator, and some kitchen utensils. Very clean and organized environment. Good bed, with quality bedding. Large and well-equipped bathroom, but the shower stall is small and has a door that doesn't seal the water, and a lot of water spills out. Shower pressure was average. Ideally, you should have a car, as it's located in a more secluded area, near the airport. Bring food and water, as you will have difficulty eating, especially at night. There is a refrigerator in the reception area, but they close early. We arrived on a Saturday night, and the reception was already closed. There was no vending machine to buy anything. There was nothing open in the area either. Upon arrival, you pick up the key from a small box in front of the hotel. It seems more like an Airbnb than a hotel as we know it in practice. If you want to save money, it's a good option, with the caveat of the distance and the ease of access to shops.

A great little hotel centrally located in Aruba. With a rental car, you can easily reach all parts of the island. The rooms are spacious with a well-equipped kitchen and are very clean. Everyone here is incredibly friendly. There's absolutely nothing to complain about! I'd gladly stay again!

I enjoyed my brief stay here. The room and bathroom were clean. The place was quiet and relaxing. Looks better than the pictures online. PRO: The hotel is located about two minutes from the airport, this makes it a very convenient place to stay for short trips. CON: The reception area is closed at three. If you are getting there late, you might encounter problems getting access to your room. I had asked them for instructions to access my room about two days prior to arriving. This was not shared. Luckily, when I got there there was another guest who made a call to get the instructions on how I could access the room. This took a little while because he was on his phone making his own calls. Juanedu need to share the details with guests at least two days prior to their arrival. Outside of this customer service was good.

Excellent hotel. It's small, just like in the photos. The staff is very friendly and always attentive. Everything is very clean, cozy, quiet, and family-friendly. They have rooms with and without kitchens, but you can use an external one. You'll need to rent a car or take a taxi to get there; there's a car rental agency across the street. The price is fair. Highly recommended. I would definitely return.
