We had the best experience while staying. The service was better than ive had at any higher end hotels, and the staff were extremely pleasant. Really great location along the river. Next year we will be returning.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would! I reserved a room with double bed and 1 cot. Got there and they told us we couldnt and that expedia was wrong. We drove 3 hrs and the front desk staff named Annie, refused to let my daughter use the washroom while it took her forever to try to get us 2 rooms. She was extremely unpleasant and rude. You could really tell she didnt like her job. Others called and walked in after us and were made to feel unwelcome. She told me her system crashed but still tried to charge me a deposit before she could even confirm she could get us a room (after an hour wait to get a refund). Tried to leave her my card number or cash because we were already late to our event waiting over an hr for her to make no headway. Most awful service i have ever received at a hotel/motel in my entire life. Avoid this place.. EDIT: Owner thinks that because the super rude reception gave me a refund (which I was entitled to), that makes everything ok. Sad state of affairs when a business owner cannot be accountable. you can see it in their responses to other reviews.

Great location friendly staff, rooms were clean and everything worked. I will return to ride bicycle paths.

Simple, not too expensive, right next to the Champlain Bridge

Rooms are clean, my partner and I always take the rooms with kitenette, which feels like a mini apartment, amazing prices, a great location off the point, Champlain, will stay again

Really disappointed with the place. The room was okay, but the service was terrible. I complained for three days that the Wi-Fi wasn't working, and the receptionist kept saying, "I'll call my manager," and they still haven't resolved the issue. Plus, they haven't answered their phone for a week. Zero professionalism. I suggest you go to another motel somewhere else.

Most convenient location for short stays in the area. Amazing price. Friendly staff.

The property is exceptionally well-maintained. Excellent service and amenities. A strategically located guesthouse for business travelers.
