Motel Saint-Hubert

This has to be the most disgusting place I have ever stayed at. We booked for 4 nights, but couldn't even stay one night as it was so unsanitary. After driving 7 hours to get there, we walk in room 102, which had a TERRIBLE odour. The jetted tub was dirty and rusted and still had water it in, like someone else had just used it. The surrounding glass look like it hadn't been cleaned in months (photo attached). The fridge did not work. The bathroom was dirty with cobwebs and mirrors were dirty and floor sticky. The couch had some white sheet draped on it that was stained and the couch underneath was not any better. The heater/ac unit was leaking water into the bedroom. There was a dead bug in the TV unit. You can clearly tell the place was not cleaned. When my husband approached the front desk, they tried to give another room 106, which was no better and smelled just as bad, so we had no choice but to check out the same night. We even met another couple who were also leaving the same night due to finding a crackpipe in their room. We were told by front desk we would have to pay for the one night and request a refund for the remainder through Expedia since we booked through them. We had to source out another motel the same night, and ended paying more for a much smaller room (but a nice, clean well taken care of room at the Motel St. Bruno 10 minutes down the road - HIGHLY recommend Motel St. Bruno if you need a nice clean place to stay but don't need many amenities). I called the Motel St. Hubert after our trip return but suddenly she couldn't speak English anymore and hung up on me. We did request refund through Expedia, but then we were advised the motel refused to give a refund for the unused nights. Expedia would refund 15% only . I can not believe an establishment can run like this. It deserves 0 stars, and if you value your health DO NOT stay here .

BED BUG!!! I got bitten!!!!

No hot water , floor are decomposing i dare you to take a shower... Plenty of room available not expensive

Absolutely the worst place I have ever stayed. Everything is dirty, run down or broken. Our first room had a hole in the floor as you walked in. The shower was dirty with minimal hot water, the toilet was broken, bugs in the sink and everywhere else. We checked in late at night but left as soon as we could in the morning. DO NOT STAY HERE!

0/10. Extremely dirty hotel. The sheets were dirty, the shower was dirty, everything was disgusting. Very bad experience, I do not recommend it at all.
