Motel Sainte-Catherine

Oh boy, we stumbled upon a poorly cleaned room full of filth under the beds, and bugs in the duvet. Phew, sorry, but we definitely need an exterminator here.

I was just passing through and looking for a cheap motel for one night. For that price, I wasn't expecting anything 5-star, but even then, it was truly disgusting. We called to reserve and had trouble understanding each other on the phone; she couldn't understand anything we were saying. When we arrived, the price had gone up from what she had told us on the phone. Then we went into the room and there were about thirty mosquitoes. When we went back to see her, she told us it was normal, that all the rooms had mosquitoes, that it was because of the humidity outside and because of the light, even when the door was closed before we arrived. In short, as far as motels go, to be honest, I advise you to go somewhere else if you don't want to sleep with mosquitoes.
