STI Testing for Gay, Bisexual and Other Men Who Have Sex With Men (GBMSM) Rapid HIV & STI Testing Looking for PrEP or DoxyPEP? These are separate services offered through Freddie Express. Safeworks Outreach Program in collaboration with Centre for Sexuality offers the following nursing services for gay, bisexual and other men who have sex with men (gbMSM), including cis, trans and other gender diverse folks. Services include: Testing for common sexually transmitted and blood borne infections (STBBIs), including chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, hepatitis A, B, & C, and HIV Rapid or “point of care” testing for HIV and syphilis, providing results in about one minute, so you can know your status before you leave your appointment! Treatment for common STBBIs including chlamydia, gonorrhea and syphilis Hepatitis A, B and HPV vaccine program for eligible individuals Free condoms and lube Information and referrals for other services such as HIV PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis) Services not included: Physical assessments for skin conditions Herpes testing HPV/genital wart treatment For more complex STI related care needs, please visit the Calgary STI Clinic.
