The people are nice and tried to be helpful, but the AC won’t go below 20 degrees, and the fan keeps cycling off and on, making it difficult to sleep due to noise starting and stopping and it’s far too hot. Staff were unable to do anything other than move me to a different room that had the exact same issue with poor AC, which just ended up wasting an hour of my time to still be way too hot. Every time I’ve stayed here before and after their renovations the heat and AC never work right. The shower head is about the worst I’ve ever seen also. Not sure what the redeeming qualities are with this hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Great, central location, close to everything. The reason for the low stars is because around 10:00 at night we had this horrible noise that we thought may be the water pipes. Turns out it was the AC unit, which color us surprised because it was 34 degrees F and we wanted the heater on. We asked to be switched rooms and they told us all the rooms available didn’t have working heat. So we spent the night with a little portable heater trying to stay warm and sleeping horribly due to being freezing. So if you’re looking for ambiance, then this is your place. If you’re wanting to also stay warm, I would not recommend.

Conveniently located. The dining area for breakfast was well set up and offered a variety of options. Pool open later than most. Friendly staff.

Small rooms, clean. Restaurant was awesome. Good portions, good price. All staff were helpful on any requests. Great pool hours/warm
