Le Rodd Charlottetown

Having hockey teams here during our stay was a problem. Party central in front of elevators. Not what we paid for. We called the front desk at 9 and apparently weren't the first to call and it was dealt with. That said, 4 hours of noise was too much . Will book differently next time. Kids knocking on our door in the morning didn't help. Hotel is negligent in not having clear protocols to mitigate this. Have teams stay here, but stipulate clear and reasonable criteria to ensure ALL paying guests are considered.

Upon arrival late at night, we noticed the room hadn’t been properly cleaned there were shaved hairs on the shower wall and a hair behind the pillow. We tried to overlook it due to how tired we were. However, after getting into bed, I felt something underneath me. It turned out to be a small, hard, round object that looked like it could have been a fruit pit or even animal droppings, making the situation unacceptable. When we reported it, we were initially told there were no available rooms. After insisting, we were moved to another room with smaller beds. No responsibility was taken, no compensation was offered, and no proper investigation was done. We were even told it might have been an insect brought in with us. Overall, this was not the level of cleanliness or service we expected.

the staff especially Mehr was really nice. she helped me a lot I would never forget this experience. I literally had tears of joy seeing the customer service of her. promote her asap

Love staying at the Rodd C. The rooms and the housekeeping is excellent. The staff is really helpful. Exceptional warmth and hospitality experienced this time from Farah, Luca and Avery.

There last 2x I checked in was given a room with no desk had to ask for another room. Put in another section heat worked really poorly and water stains on the ceiling and again no microwaves in the rooms.

Scammers! They charged me $100 on top of the price for two rooms and won't refund my money. They said it was a reservation, but they didn't actually make a reservation; they just charged me, took the money from my account, and now they say there's nothing more they can do…

We just checked in; room 310, if you want a beautiful and spacious room. We love it!. Such a great experience when we checked in! Friendly people, a quiet atmosphere, exactly what we needed after a long drive. The whole ambiance screams elegance, yet comfort. Our German Sheperd gave it 2 paws up, as they are pet friendly!!!!🤗

A bit of an older hotel in need of some love. That being said they are doing a great job with an old historical building that limits some of the new modern amenities. Staff was amazing and I have a great dinner

Nice hotel. A bit expensive but you are right downtown. Breakfast was hot and full. Gym is small but pool is decent. Not a great hotel for Teams that are traveling in tournaments.
