It was nice until I realized the amount of black mold growing in the dome. We stayed in the horned owl dome and it was a little too much like swiss cheese to me woke up many times because of how cold the dome got during the night and from needing to kill mosquitoes constantly throughout the night. The hot tubs were very nice and probably the only memorable thing except for the record breaking bad service and my new personal record for killing mosquitoes. Would also like to add that the pullout couch broke and put springs in my back all night.
We got there and it looked nice but when we entered the rooms there was black mold the windows wernt fully installed and kept falling on my head the hottubs were nice but when we left we were acused of breaking the hot tubs even though they were already broken the doms were cold and kind of smelled bad and they are probably gonna take down this review because they already have a couple times to others i stayed with
The owner of this establishment said my severe allergic reaction to mosquitoes “sucked”
I went and I was disappointed. I drove so far for the extra bedding to be a top sheet and two throw blankets. There wasn't any wifi, or service. There wasn't any board games or books, to pass the time. And especially no shampoo. Conditioner or bodywash. Luckly I had brought my own toothpaste because there was none of that either. The hot tub was also freezing cold and would not heat up pretty disappointed that all I could do was sit in my bed staring at the ceiling well I would have went outside but the bugs were so bad.
We stayed in the Bluejay Treepod Feb. 11th 2026 . It was everything Wonderful, Magical, Amazing and Funtastic. We needed/ wanted a nice quaint place to go to get away to. We were Blessed with relaxation and left today feeling Rejuvinated and refreshed. Nestled in the towering trees, made it the picture perfect place of comfort , cozy and surreal. Huge wrap around deck. Barbecue, hot tub , deck chairs, and picnic table. Inside was very warm, very comfortable and charming. Everything we needed was provided. Linen, bedding , dishes, coffee maker etc. The clean smell was welcoming touch. I especialy loved how the round window in the bedroom looked like the moon was shining down on us. The view from the kitchen area was magical. The outside view through the front wall area gifted us with the feeling of Tranquility. This lil haven was like a sweet aroma for the soul. The adult in me was overwhelmed with awe and the innerchild in me was doing the Happy Dance. Of course I had to leave a message on the snow covered hot tub cover. Over all, this mini vacation spot was nothing short of perfection. Thankyou for your Gift of Knowing, that such a Dream place would touch souls. My heart will yearn to go back, again and again. Oasis! The desire is REAL! I DO HOWEVER HAVE one REQUEST. You should have a guest book for visitors to sign. I always LOVE leaving positive vibes when I visit new places, and my hubby and I love reading how others have been Blessed before us. I know there is internet to leave reviews but in the modern world of technology , I Still LOVE DOING somethings, the old fashion way of doing things. Over all it was everything , Perfection at its finest!! Love the Rowe's..... Clayton n Ci Ci from Summerside PE.
Beautiful spot! Just missing wifi & a TV. Would be best to visit in the fall, it was very cold in January and we weren’t able to walk the trails in -20C weather.
