Good location right off hwy 16. Lots of services nearby, gas stations and restaurants

Amazing location 👌 Awesome front desk/lobby employee's. Super clean room! Awesome hot breaky and vending machines 👌 They also got a kickass bar and vlt section! Highly recommend

Checking in at 11pm got me a 20% increase in price

I had booked a stay with Super 8 for one night while in Edmonton. It was very apparent that there was someone smoking in their room as the whole hallway and wing smelled like smoked tobacco. It was to the extent that I needed to be moved to another room in the far back of the wing as they didn't have any rooms in another wing. It was okay at the far end but this definitely affected my stay in a negative way. The location was convenient for me and the breakfast was nothing special but a nice addition.

The receptionist her name was Stacy she were very rude she doesn’t know how to give customer service i just ask very simple question but was very rude while giving answers request to manager kindly work on it pls

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. As soon as we drove up to the hotel, there was a very strong unpleasant smell outside. I’m guessing this may be because the hotel is close to the refinery, but the smell continued inside the hotel as well. Even when we got to our room, it still smelled bad. The hotel really needs a better air purification system. Our room was also located very far at the back of the hotel on the second floor, so it was a long walk to get there. When we mentioned the smell to the front desk, nothing was really done about it. There was also some miscommunication about the bar. My friend asked at check-in if we could order a drink and bring it to our room, and we were told yes. However, when we went to get one, we were told drinks could not be brought back to the room. That was frustrating and disappointing. The room was also noisy at night because we could hear cars from the highway while trying to sleep. We also missed the complimentary breakfast because it closes at 10:00 a.m., even though checkout is at 11:00 a.m. We were not told the breakfast hours at check-in, so we didn’t realize we had missed it. At checkout, the staff member told us the breakfast was terrible anyway and suggested we go across the street to Denny’s, which was not very professional. Overall, the hotel had a strong unpleasant smell, poor communication, noise issues, and disappointing service. I would not stay here again.
