The Westin Edmonton
Visitors frequently praise the hotel's central location and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, with some highlighting specific employees. However, a common complaint is that the hotel and its rooms are dated and showing their age, with some mentioning cleanliness issues or a less than premium feel for a Westin property.

The best part of my stay was the technician named Serdar. He was a God sent, he helped get the heat in the room turned on and also helped with getting me into another room because the tv was not working and it was placed awkwardly in the first room. Who puts the tv beside the bed, which requires the guest to turn their neck to the right...super strange layout. I was glad to be moved to another floor in another room, all thanks to Serdar; an outstanding human being! He was the nicest person in Edmonton to me.
Good place to hold a conference, was there for the Woman of Influence conference great food service
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Today I had the pleasure of being a vendor at the Women of Influence event at the beautiful The Westin Edmonton, and I felt compelled to share what an exceptional experience it was. I've been participating in events for over 10 years with In Your Face Photo Booth, and I can honestly say that the level of customer service I received today was among the best I've ever experienced. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. They helped transport my equipment, brought everything directly to my event space, found additional tables when needed, kept me supplied with water, and were incredibly accommodating every step of the way. Nothing seemed like an inconvenience, and every interaction was met with professionalism, kindness, and a genuine desire to help. In a world where outstanding customer service sometimes feels rare, the team at The Westin Edmonton reminded me exactly what true hospitality looks like. They didn't just do their jobs—they made me feel welcomed, supported, and valued. Beyond the incredible staff, the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The event spaces are elegant, well-maintained, and create a wonderful atmosphere for guests and vendors alike. Thank you to everyone on the team for making today such a positive experience. Your commitment to excellence did not go unnoticed. I will gladly sing your praises and look forward to every opportunity to return. Keep doing what you're doing—you are setting the standard for hospitality in Edmonton.
The rooms are outdated and need renovations.
