Hilton Garden Inn West Edmonton

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn West Edmonton Mall and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The location is incredibly convenient, especially being so close to West Edmonton Mall, making shopping, dining, and entertainment easily accessible. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and very well maintained. The room was spacious and comfortable, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and welcoming. What really stood out was the customer service. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn West Edmonton Mall to anyone visiting the area, whether for business or leisure. I would definitely stay here again.

This Inn has the most amazing staff and they made my stay very easy and felt at home. (It has that cozy feeling) I loved the huge king bed with feather pillows and everything was so clean. This gave me peace of mind. There is an outside patio which was an added benefit I highly recommend The Hilton Garden Inn. Thank you to all the amazing staff ❤️ for making my stay a pleasant one while my husband is in the Mazankowski University Hospital.

The staff is absolutely amazing, front desk is extremely helpful with anything that you need. The breakfast is one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had! I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to book here again!

We are very happy with our stay here at Hilton Garden Inn west Edmonton from front desk Sam and Subin they are all awesome and accommodating in all our request , the housekeeping service during our hotel stay is 10/10 Every day, our room was kept neat and tidy. The staff did an excellent job and made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you for the great service!

Spending a couple of days at this location

I stayed at the Hilton for 3 nights for a business trip and conference that was being held at the hotel. The rooms are very dated and the beds were hard. The rooms were overall clean. The next day there was notice that the pipes were being worked on so there would be no running water from 12-3. So the conference attendees (around 50 people) had to use the washrooms with no running water to flush or wash hands. Essentially using the washrooms that have already been used repeatedly throughout the afternoon. The next day at the conference there was no soap in the said washrooms and the washrooms temperature was significantly higher than the rest of the hotel. The next day of the conference there was still no soap and most stalls were out of toilet paper. During the stay there was a homeless person who was sleeping outside around the property. The first morning he came into the double sliding doors and changed, then went and helped himself to breakfast, the coffee and water.
