Someone came into my room at 4 o'clock in the morning, as far as i know I still have my kidneys. It took 4 calls for the front desk to answer. She didn't seem worried at all about the situation, she Pretty much said I was hearing things. They also don't have cameras in the hallways, so they couldn't check who it was. The next morning when I checked out I told the new personnel at the front desk and at least they were concerned and gave me a voucher to go eat breakfast.
Awesome service..... Junard is amazing with a wonderful personality and spectacular service very patient and kind with a great sense humor and professionalism and very understanding..so amazingly satisfied we will definately come back again ... we were here for medical purposes and the service really highlighted our trip thank you so much
Our organization (Rugby Alberta Match Officials Association) picked Sandman Edmonton West for our visiting referees and coaches, and had a really positive experience! Excellent overall service provided by Ravneet and Meagan, will definitely be a top choice for a group booking in the Saint Albert area next time. We've stayed here many times with our team, and always a great experience, and location. The pool area is always a hit with the families!
Lots of places to eat or shop around the area which was nice. Beds where wore out, shower was just a trickle like rain, and AC was under powered for the room size. It was clean and affordable though.
Hotel was expensive for what you got. Beds were fine but not what I expected considering the price. The air conditioning and heating unit seemed not to work well. The room was really warm in the AC didn't seem to kick in.
