Went to the lounge for father's day i had the surf and turf. Took 25 mins to order because there was only 1 waitress, food FINALLY arrived didnt have cutlery to eat with i had to walk over to get it myself. Shrimp was freezing my "medium" steak was soooo well done it was gross. The waitress was running around like crazy and we had shitty service because of it. NOT HER FAULT we watched 5 tables walk out because they weren't even getting served. Ill never go back

poor experience could not sit inside and wait for my spouse tp pick me up after casino. because seat inside casino entrance was to the side and full Could not sit outside on bench because of smokers The rules on wall says no smoking with in 10 meters of building wonder if hotel building insurance knows they allow people to smoke sitting 10 inches from building Customers were sitting on outside benches against building smoking The security staff and inside staff said refused to get them to stop and stated that they do enforce rules so I could not even wait outside smoke was too intense
