Olux Hotel Motel & Suites

This establishment is one of the worst places to stay I've ever visited. They do everything they can to keep the $200 security deposit. If the sheets are damp, wet, stained, etc., they keep the deposit. If you have food delivered, they consider the delivery person a third person and then charge you an extra $100. To justify all this, they rely on their regulations printed on a tiny piece of paper, 2 inches by 3 inches, written in such a way that you need a magnifying glass to read it. It was a terrible experience. I booked and paid for my room through Booking.com and was forced to leave because they kept charging me for the air I was breathing. Their rooms are dilapidated, the sheets are so washed they look like sails about to tear. The receptionist doesn't want to hear anything about our arguments or the articles of consumer law. Personally, I would never set foot in that establishment which thinks it is above the law.

Very poor service. Staff with a serious lack of manners. And the rooms were dirty.

NEVER STAY!!! it is a sex hotel! We booked this hotel based on the pictures thinking it was nice. The pictures it first shows are NOT the rooms you will get. It is false advertising. The roof is latex, the latex was black to be mirrored. When you touch it the whole roof jiggles, it had full hand prints on it. There was holes in the latex. LED lights everywhere and can’t change the colour. The door only locks from the outside. Listen to the bad reviews, you feel like you’re being watched. The deposit was 200$. We stayed for a few hours thinking we were overthinking the place, but we were not. Old men watching you constantly and room cleaners going late at night. Ended up leaving and paying 30$ more somewhere else for a great quality room.

Honestly, I'm a regular at luxury hotels, and this is my third visit, and I'll definitely be back. The staff are always smiling and even helped me out when I had a problem with my card! The room was spotless, the jacuzzi was fantastic, and they even provided bath beads. If you need a little extra time, a glass of wine is served directly to your room, and you can pay with PayPass! The price is excellent, and it's not worth going anywhere else. Try it, and you'll be hooked!

Run from this place as fast as you can... It's the very definition of dishonesty! Don't invest a single dollar there; you'll truly regret it and there's nothing you can do about it...

That's horrible!!

This was the most disrespectful and unprofessional experience I have ever had in a hotel. I checked in for a simple 5-hour stay from 00:06 to 05:06. At 05:12, instead of following basic hotel procedures, the night staff member started banging on my door so aggressively that it scared me awake. I never even opened the door. I shouted “I’m coming” because the knocking was so loud and unnecessary. I left the room at 05:22, and even then he still charged me a late check-out fee for only a few minutes. What makes it even worse is that the clock in the room was wrong when I set my alarm, it showed 04:52 instead of 5h22am when i opened the door and left for the reception. I have proof of that. So I was relying on a clock that your own hotel failed to keep accurate. Any trained staff member knows the proper process: call the room first, wait, then address the guest calmly at reception. That’s exactly why deposits exist. Instead, this employee chose to act aggressive, impatient, and completely disrespectful. On top of that, he spoke to me with zero professionalism, admitted he doesn’t care about me as a guest, and told me he would make sure I’m never allowed back. I work in hotel management myself, and I have never seen behavior this unacceptable from someone working in hospitality. I expect a supervisor to contact me. This staff member urgently needs training on basic respect, guest treatment, and hotel procedures. I am requesting a full refund this experience was beyond disappointing. It was disrespectful, unnecessary, and downright shocking.
