They do housekeeping inly once every 3 days, and they don't make the bed or clean the bathroom

It was the WORST place I’ve ever stayed in. The room (105) smelled absolutely awful and disgusting I didn’t even want to open my suitcase. There was a big hole in the blanket, the bath and toilet were ancient the sink was tiny and dirty and in a completely different room and there was a constant stench coming from the kitchen. It was all so bad that after half an hour I had to check out and find another place to stay. A very bad bad experience. Unfortunately I don't have any photos or videos to show just how disgusting that place was

It looks beautiful on the outside. Make sure you don't want air conditioning. The rooms are scorching hot. Make sure u get a room with a fan. Some don't have them. Also the toilets have issues in some rooms. Hopefully they fixed that. Two of our rooms wouldn't flush. If its to hot you are expected to open your window. Which is unsafe. There are no bathroom fans. There are homeless people sleeping by smoking are at night. Be safe.

We booked this hotel for a single night before continuing our travels. We arrived around 9h30 and were greeted by an employee named Omar, who offered us a larger room on the first floor. Upon entering the room, we noticed that the bathroom window was broken and could not be properly closed or locked. Since we were only staying for a few hours, we did not think much of it at the time. At approximately 11h40, a woman entered our room through that same broken bathroom window. After realizing the room was occupied, she quickly ran off repeatedly saying, “Sorry, sorry, sorry.” She even struggled to find her way out through the main door. As a group of young women traveling alone, this was an extremely frightening and traumatic experience. We immediately left the property and booked another hotel for our safety. The following day, we contacted the hotel to request a refund. Instead of addressing the serious security breach, we were told that we should have called or notified staff. While that may be easy to say afterward, the reality is that we had just experienced a break-in and were in shock. Our priority was to leave the property as quickly as possible and find a safe place to stay. When I explained that this was a major safety issue and that we would be filing a police report for unlawful entry, the employee showed no empathy, dismissed our concerns, blamed us for the situation, and ultimately hung up on me. The hotel also claimed that they reviewed their security cameras and did not see anyone entering the room. However, we explained that the woman did not come through the front of the property, she entered through the broken bathroom window at the back of the room. The fact that they relied on camera footage while ignoring the obvious security issue of an unsecured, broken window was extremely concerning. To make matters worse, we later discovered an additional $100 charge on our card, they said it’s a safety deposit (which we hope will be refunded). We barely used the room and left only our empty A&W bags because we were rushing to leave after the intrusion. I never expected to have to write a review like this, but potential guests should be aware. Many reviews mention noise or cleanliness issues, but a room with an unsecured broken window that allows someone to enter from outside is a serious safety concern. The break-in itself was alarming enough, but the hotel’s complete lack of accountability, empathy, and customer service afterward made the experience even worse. Thankfully, we were able to secure a room at a Marriott hotel, where the staff were understanding, professional, and genuinely concerned for our well-being. We have reported this incident to the police and will be disputing the charges with our credit card company due to the hotel’s lack of cooperation, accountability, and willingness to address this serious security issue.

God awful, my partner and I booked a room here last week. The front desk gave us a room that was supposed to be empty but the previous renter was still in it. The poor woman was older, confused, and clearly scared by two strangers entering her room. The level of neglect that was given could have put her life in risk if it was someone else who got access to the room. The second room we were given had needles on the ground outside of it, and people screaming and yelling downstairs. Sat on the bed and immediately the mattress sank down in the middle like it was 10 years old. We lasted just under an hour before we left. No refund no room comp and the owner was very angry at us for leaving.

So, I thought the other guy was paranoid when he talked about it being a good hotel to be murdered in. He's kinda right. We got to the hotel and checked into our room. Except when we opened the door someone was already in their and the hotel was completely unaware. Needles on the ground and violent screaming coming from the room next to us. Do not stay here at all costs.
