Farm to Table is usually a reason to be expensive. This place is no different. Although to be fair it is not that bad. Cup a juice is $7. Bowl of potatoes is $20.

We had the mt Benny and the avocado toast and they were both really delicious. Fresh, local ingredients and you could really tell! Would recommend!

The foods were so good, served quickly for group of 8.

Got mt benny and pesto eggs, as someone who has been here before this place has gone downhill as the speed of light. Wouldn’t recommend it. Potatoes were soggy, bread wasn’t toasted properly

I came here while on vacation in Nanaimo. We ordered the two wrap options on the menu for takeout, the Lucid and the Left Coaster. It was so delicious and well worth the price that we had to come back the next morning. The portions are massive. The ingredients are fresh and locally sourced, and you can definitely tell the good quality. Service is very friendly. The interior is cool, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. Would definitely recommend!

Super fast service and delicious food.

We came into Gabriels today, and despite how busy it was, we were greeted very warmly by the lovely lady on cash, she helped us decide what drink and meal to get, and her knowledge on the menu is top rate. Her customer service was amazing. The mount Benny and the iced vanilla latte she recommended was exceptional. She ensured we were taken care of even after getting our meals. She truly made our experience at Gabriel’s memorable, and I would go back just for her welcoming and inviting energy. Keep her close she’s a treasure. Thank you Janka!

The food was good, but the water glasses were not clean.

Updated: Going there for many years stopped after Covid hit us l have been going there for the past two months one thing l can say is the food is very inconsistent , too bad the cooks can’t get on the same page every time I go in my fav sm. Salmon wrap is different (no portion control) what so ever . Hit or a miss every time l believe the problem is poor management
