If you're coming for Western University grad, you can easily walk from here. Hotel is clean, and Mae at the front desk is a lovely, thoughtful problem-solver. So grateful!

My husband and I have stayed here twice. Once in December 2025 and once just this week. In December, everything was okay at best, but since then a LOT has changed. They are under new management and they have made some really bold choices. There is mold and water damage in the lobby, that should be your first clue. We had the displeasure of staying in the exact same room both stays- The first stay the thermostat was broken in a blizzard pumping air conditioning, with no fix- and guess what it’s now May and it STILL hasn’t been fixed. The new staff is horrendous, they’re rude and provide zero insight of new policies that make zero sense, moreover, from one staff member to the next the policies change. The check in process is a nightmare, and especially the new young kid that works the desk- that hire was a huge mistake. They lied to us about parking passes telling us we can only have one, so we couldn’t leave in our vehicle unless we wanted to pay a fortune for the garage, but then, on our final day the only staff member we remember from our first trip (who is the only person there who is kind and has sense) told us that wasn’t true and handed us the parking passes for the days we were there. We were trapped for no reason other than because other staff felt like it. The rooms are loud, and there is no sound proofing from outside or surrounding rooms, and people party there all night. Grime stuck in the edges of the desk in the rooms was disgusting. The shower head- only half of it flowed with water. The beds are beyond rock hard and you can’t get a good nights sleep. This place is an overpriced nightmare and I wouldn’t stay here again if you paid me. We have given this place so much business with our workplace and we are never going to let our vendors stay here again. Ever. You lost so much future business from so many people from this week alone because of the new management and their lack of hospitality. I can’t believe I spent nearly a grand staying here. What a waste of money. I would demand my money back but I doubt they would ever consider it after witnessing what I did this week.

Not a complaint, but what is up with the view in room 204? It looks creepy and unsettling that we are looking into a random room. Just curious.
