when we first got there, nobody was at front desk, which is fair because it’s a seasonal property but when we emailed and called there was no answer we waited around for an hour until 4 o’clock hit, which was check-in time and then we got our code for our room that’s fine but we drove four hours to get here. once we got our room, it was nice. The vibes were good. Bathroom is beautiful. Shower was great, but the bed was awful. Probably one of the most uncomfortable sleeps I’ve ever had in my life. My shoulders were sore the next day and my back and neck were also sore. not to mention when I was unloading my things into my room the guy was power washing the room next-door and spraying me down. and then we wake up the next day to him power washing again yet they say they save water by washing sheets every three days but the power washer is going 24 seven also pool closes too early. Nice vibe not much going on won’t go back.

stayed at the kiwi in room 16 the wife and i had a great time! great service at the bar and restaurant very accommodating the pool set up is relaxing.

My recent stay at the Kiwi did not live up to my expectations. I know that I was traveling in the off season, but when I arrived shortly after 6pm, the lobby was closed. Check in time starts at 4, and I have now found out that the lobby hours only run until 5. I did not check the lobby hours on the website as I assumed someone would be there at 6. While I do not mind a self check in, I do expect some hospitality. Other than that, the location was good and the room was cute.

Very disappointing experience at Kiwi Motel. We booked a 2-night stay from May 27–29 and paid approximately $450, which felt extremely overpriced for what was offered. The room was very small and did not reflect the price we paid, especially considering it wasn't even peak season. One of the reasons we chose this property was the advertised heated pool and pool bar. However, the pool closed at 8:00 PM, and the pool bar was never open during our stay. It was frustrating to pay premium rates for amenities that were either unavailable or had very limited hours. Overall, the experience fell far short of our expectations. We were so disappointed that we left after one night instead of completing our stay. For the same price, a trip to Toronto or Niagara Falls would have provided much better value. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property based on our experience.

Stayed at the kiwi for the weekend with my husband and loved it! Staff super friendly, room was cleaned and not too far from the strip! Will definitely be returning

Stayed here for a girls weekend and had a lovely time. The hot tub was a bonus and the staff were very friendly and helpful with recommendations. Rooms were very clean. Cant wait to come back!

DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND PASS ON THIS ONE 😬 I really liked this place on day 1. Good aesthetic, but poor service and cleanliness. After week 1 of 4 for my business trip, I really saw how poorly this motel is run. • Room 15 had NO hot water. Just warm. • Showerhead water pressure was also pretty weak, but not a dealbreaker • Cleaners did not come by whenever we left magnet signs on the outside of our doors; Sometimes ignored 3-5 days in a row • Only surefire way for me to get new towels, toilet paper, or garbage removed was by emailing front desk... it is your job as a motel to preemptively be on top of these services • One time they cleaned my room, but left the garbage cans filling up for a week • Hot tub temperature is lukewarm. There is no way to access controls other than turning the jets on. Noticed dirt / debris inside hot tub. I feel as though they purposefully keep the temperature down to save money... Maybe in the summertime the service is better, but i see no indication of that. If you plan to stay just a weekend, you might not get to see the bad side that myself and my 6 other coworkers experienced during our month long stay.

Was here for work for 4 weeks. If I could've switched somewhere else, I would have - hotel was booked by work. The rooms have magnets to use on the doors for cleaning. These often went ignored for multiple days at a time - the longest for me being about 5 days. When they did acknowledge them after a week of ignoring them, I would still come back to basically just garbage being removed. Some times the bed was kind of made, but the sheets weren't changed, even when placing the sign on the pillow that specifically says to place it for sheets to be changed; sheets are supposed to be changed every 3 days according to the sign. Floors got ignored, and I'm pretty sure they took towels I had on hooks and just rolled them up again rather than giving new ones and washing the used ones. The hot tub sits at a nice cool 35°C. I've been in warmer oceans, for reference. Can't comment on lobby/bar as there's never anyone there in the off season I guess. Only way to communicate with any sort of staff was to email them, which doesn't really help when you're actively there.

Staying here for a 3 week work trip, rooms where nice and very clean on day 1 then after that the room cleaning got very random. Long story short I have had my towels changed only twice and bed sheets only changed once, Evan after leaving the "please clean my room" sign on my door multiple times. I even went as far as stripping the sheets for them and putting them next to the door but only changed my garbage, towels and didn't touch my bed sheets.

Very disappointed at our stay here. It advertises a hot tub, but it was dirty and had hair floating on top. The hot tub also wasn’t hot like it should be. Bar was closed and so was the restaurant.
