We came here for a special dinner, and the ambience in the basement immediately set the right tone. Sadly for the price, the food and taste level really just missed the mark. There were some dishes that were tasty, but everything was confusing, and some dishes were truly off putting. They served a wild rice dish in a green fish stock sauce and fibrous charred dandelion stems I couldn't even chew through. There is clearly a lot of care in the space and the service and the food, so it's sad that it just didn't hit. Overall felt more like a medieval times version of a fine dining experience rather than the real deal.

Had a great experience and definitely coming back. The staff were sweet, friendly and kept checking up on us. In a great location, afterwards we just walked around. The lola cocktail was my favourite. It has ube liquor and a coconut topping. The octopus was delicious and they have so many options for desserts that were unique. Theres a paid parking garage nearby which less than a 2 minute walk.

Nathan was an absolute gem, we loved him. kept us laughing the whole time, made our entire night

Made reservations for dinner here last Saturday and was thoroughly impressed. The food is absolutely amazing and the ambiance is next to none. Thank you to the staff that were amazing and very helpful with the menu. I will definitely be back

Came here with friends a couple weeks back. Food was great and service was spectacular. Just an endless series of wonderful surprises and great energy. Special thanks to Dawson and Abby - you guys were awesome and deserve a hug. S

I had a delightful meal at this amazing, if you know you know, restaurant in the Queen West area this past weekend. Happily my gal pal has a connection to Chef Missy so we were able to sample a lot of the menu from her reccommendations. As a foodie, this wonderful restaurant exceeded my expectations. Plates are meant for sharing. The flavour combinations are simply divine. The pairings are off the chart especially with the drinks and the plate ingredients like the deluxe G+T and smoked lamb belly which I haven't seen in many restaurants in Toronto - simply stunning. For me, the duck confit and the grilled octopus were the standouts. I am not a fan of sweet potato yet I devoured the mini loaf we were served. The idea of a deviled egg was not something I thought I would like but I was suprised that I loved them and ate them both. The mixologist was amazing, with some of the best drinks I have ever had. The decour is understated elegance, creating a speakeay kind of ambiance. The vibe is very Queen St. W which is not my vibe, but happily the service and everyone from the bartenders, server, hostess and kitchen staff made us feel very welcome. I can't wait to share this space with all my foodie friends. I have the tasting menu to try and plan to work my way through the rest of the menu with many more visits. Well done team!

I have eaten at and/ore 4 or 5 times now and each time has left my guests impressed. Their service is wonderful, the food is surprising and delicious. The upstairs is whimsical and romantic, the downstairs is for a more serious evening of dining well, but no less romantic. Enjoy the champagne flights and the amazing signature cocktails!

I recently photographed a wedding reception at And/ore, and it was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. The space is beautifully designed with a warm, modern atmosphere that photographs incredibly well. Every corner feels intentional, making it the perfect setting for an intimate wedding celebration. What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff were attentive, welcoming, and made sure everything ran seamlessly throughout the evening. From the food to the overall experience, you can tell they genuinely care about their guests. If you're looking for a venue for an intimate wedding reception, rehearsal dinner, or special celebration, I highly recommend And/ore. It's one of those places that feels both elevated and comfortable, and it created such a memorable experience for our couple and their guests!

Food was good but wasn’t too blown away. We did the a la carte. Didn’t know there was the option to do a tasting menu. Maybe it would have been a better experience Servers were nice but service wasn’t up to par for the prices the restaurant is charging. The pace of the food was way too fast. We had different people in and out but only some were really that enthusiastic about what was served. Atmosphere was slow but it was a Tuesday evening. Overall , pleasant dining experience but for the price, They need to set up their game a bit to get repeat customers. Especially when there are so many amazing restaurants in the area with superb dining experience at the same price point. I don’t think I’d be in a hurry to come back.
