The food was good but what will have us coming back every time we come to 7 Mile Beach is the Service. Mark made my Father’s Day the most memorable experience at a restaurant that I’ve ever had. My daughter and I dined at Seven to celebrate her 10th birthday. We visited on June 13th around 5:30 p.m. and were warmly greeted by both the hostess and manager, who went out of their way to acknowledge her special day. From the moment we arrived, every team member we encountered was attentive, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Clive, our server, was outstanding, and the sommelier and other staff members were equally gracious. Everyone made a point of making my daughter feel special, which meant a lot. The wine selection was excellent, and the food was delicious. I had the oysters and lobster tagliolini, both of which were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Overall, I found the prices to be very reasonable given the quality of the food and the exceptional level of service. I would highly recommend Seven to anyone looking for fantastic food, outstanding service, and a memorable dining experience.

Never disappointed. We always expect consistent, flavorful food and extremely attentive service. One of the best restaurants on island and it's been so for years.

Great breakfast buffet on the weekend with freshly squeezed orange juice! Do not seat outside, though, the birds will steal your food.

We had the most extraordinary experience dining here last night, March 1st. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was absolutely gorgeous — elegant, warm, and inviting in every way. There were about five people involved in taking care of us throughout the evening, and every single one of them was attentive, gracious, and genuinely welcoming, especially our lovely server, Shirbee! The service was beyond incredible — seamless, thoughtful, and perfectly timed without ever feeling rushed. And the food… truly beyond incredible. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. We loved the presentation of the knives, which my husband was able to select, for his 'signature steak', that he ordered. I had the Chilean Bass and can say I have never eaten fish so deliciously prepared. You can taste the care, creativity, and quality in every bite. What made the evening even more special was how they went out of their way to help us celebrate both my retirement and my husband's birthday. The celebratory desserts were so beautiful and so thoughtful, it really meant so much to us. An unforgettable night from start to finish. We can’t wait to return! I would say that a stay in the Cayman's is not complete without a dinner here at Seven!

Great service & food was good. My only criticism is the blackbirds that are constantly flying inches from your head and eating from your plate if you leave your table for any reason. Obviously, if you eat inside, that's not a problem.

Ordered the wagyu steak with the lychee cocktail and sides, and everything was perfect. The steak was cooked beautifully, full of flavor, and the sides complemented it well. Elegant atmosphere and great service as always.

Definitely one for a special occasion! The service is super but the environment a little sterile and stush for me personally although others may love the ambience (it’s really just personal taste). The food was as good as expected and once again the service was top notch!
