I had an incredible experience at Vale by Valentina. Like other spots I’ve visited in Punta Cana Village, this place delivers excellent food, a great atmosphere, and fair pricing—a refreshing change from the 'tourist tax' often found on regular food in Bavaro. ​The vibe here is fantastic, and the service was top-notch; special thanks to Edwin for taking such great care of us. ​The food was absolutely amazing. I started with a protein shake that tasted great, then had the Chachupa Venezuela with mescado de res. The corn shell was perfect—the right amount of crunch, moistness, and a touch of sweetness that balanced the flavors beautifully. I also ordered an omelet, which was cooked to perfection. ​It’s definitely a spot I’ll be returning to. Just a heads-up for others: there is a service charge included, so tipping is optional, but honestly, the service was so good that I was happy to leave a little extra. Highly recommended if you’re looking for high-quality food at a reasonable price!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A delightful experience at Vale Valentina Punta Cana! 💕 I loved their breakfasts, everything was exquisite, and that coffee pot… so delicious! ☕️✨ But without a doubt, what made the biggest difference was the wonderful service from Annie and Mari, the supervisor. Even though breakfast service had already ended, Mari did everything she could to help and please us. That kind of personalized and exceptional service is what truly makes a visit a memorable experience. 🫶🏼 Highly recommended! I will definitely be back. 💯✨

I ordered a cake a week ago. The same day I was going to pick it up, I messaged them on WhatsApp at 1:00 PM and they told me I could come by at 2:00 PM. I arrived at the shop at 3:40 PM and they told me to wait 20 minutes. I insisted on checking on my cake, and when they sent me a picture, I realized they hadn't even started making it! How is it possible that they accept an order if they don't have the capacity to fulfill it? While I was there, they were bringing out other cakes the whole time and never gave any priority to my order, which I had reserved so far in advance. To top it all off, the staff didn't even apologize. They literally said, "What are you going to do? You just have to wait, right?" A completely indifferent attitude, as if they didn't care at all about the problem they caused me. I don't recommend anyone buy from here. Even if you reserve well in advance, they'll still let you down.

Beautiful place, great vibe. The waiter try his best but Two hours waiting for breakfast will not do it. Go to BROT beagle just in front.

If you want to starve to death while waiting, this is the perfect place.
