If I could leave 0 stars I would , Receptionist are rude. We got a room with 2 beds for us and the kids , beds are super small , super uncomfortable! This our second time coming to El Salvador and last time we stayed at Sheraton and it was an amazing experience and for a better price ! DO NOT WASTE UR MONEY HERE ! RUDE employees in the front and rooms are soo small ! I would not recommend any family or friends here and would never come back here again !

One of the things I love most about El Salvador is the warmth and hospitality of its people. Unfortunately, that was completely missing during our check-in experience at this hotel. We were a group of 10 people (6 adults and 4 children) with three rooms reserved, each with two beds. Check-in took approximately 45 minutes, which was frustrating after a long day of travel. What surprised me the most was that every single guest had to present identification, including all of the children with their passports. Whether it's hotel policy or not, it made the process unnecessarily long and inconvenient. I also made an honest mistake when booking by entering the wrong number of adults. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the staff initially wanted to charge me for two additional adults. They eventually waived the charge as a "courtesy," but the interaction felt more confrontational than customer-focused. The most disappointing part of our stay was the attitude of the front desk staff. We had just come from a water park, so naturally we weren't dressed our best. It genuinely felt like we were being judged based on our appearance. For a hotel that markets itself as luxury, I expected professionalism and courtesy—not a condescending attitude. Based on this experience, I would not stay here again, even if the room were complimentary. I'd much rather spend my money elsewhere, such as at the Sheraton, where I hope the customer service better reflects the hospitality El Salvador is known for.
