Highly recommend booking a massage with Pepe — he’s exceptionally skilled and blends different styles like myofascial, Thai, and a few other techniques that make the experience both relaxing and deeply therapeutic. Easily one of the best massages I’ve had.

I've visited this place three times in the last two months, and indeed, the reception staff are very reluctant to help you, whether you're coming in or leaving. What a shame about the place.

How about Fridays at 1 pm? I want to go for the first time, but I don't know if there will be anyone there! It seems like a good place.

Good facilities but the steam is stifling and there's no cooler alternative

Pleasant experience overall; the receptionist was very friendly. The person at the snack bar was unhelpful and you had to interrupt your conversation to get their assistance. There's a lack of variety in beers and other drinks.

This place is awful. They say they close at midnight, but that's not true. They start kicking you out at 9:15 pm, even though I arrived at 8:20 pm. I asked them why they don't announce it at the entrance, since I paid because I wanted to stay until closing time, which is midnight. It's false advertising. I absolutely do not recommend this place. It's very expensive for such a miserable experience. I will never set foot in there again. The staff are very arrogant and rude.

I've visited this place several times, and while it has its good points, there's always room for improvement. Today, in particular, the staff's service and friendliness were terrible. As I was leaving, they charged me extra for drinks I didn't have! This isn't the first time this has happened, and they've corrected it in the past before I paid. This time, they didn't. The person who charged me said they'd lower the bill by 5 pesos, and even after I explained that I only had two drinks, they rudely charged me whatever they wanted. There's no transparency; they give you a total when you leave without explaining what you're being charged, and it all seems very arbitrary. They don't give you a receipt, and they're rarely in a good mood. Double-check your bills and your spending, and beware of the shady characters at this place!
