Fantastic hotel, the service was perfect. A warm welcome, the reception staff were attentive and friendly. The rooms were very clean and unique; we loved them. The breakfast and rooftop terrace were a nice bonus!

Very bad experience. The receptionist, who I think is the manager or supervisor, has a horrible attitude.

Great location, spotless rooms, good service and a rooftop bar/restaurant where I had wonderful chilaquiles looking out over Mexico City. Unusual style of room which I really liked, stayed 4 nights and my stay was comfortable. As a solo female traveller, the location was ideal and I was safe walking around that area at all times of day and evening.

Nice location. Otherwise, a rather disappointing experience. We stayed there for two nights. The room was very dusty, which caused nighttime sneezing. On one of the nights, the hotel rented out the rooftop terrace for a party without informing us. The party noise caused significant disturbance. We asked the reception for earplugs, but they didn’t have any. To top it off, a staff member dropped our suitcase down the stairs, breaking the handle and one of the wheels. It was no longer usable for the rest of our trip. We were in a hurry to catch our taxi, so we addressed it afterward and asked the hotel how they would resolve the situation, as they are presumably insured for this kind of incident. Since then, it has been completely silent on their WhatsApp channel.

Fabulous. This place is a hidden gem. Staff are exceptionally friendly and very very welcoming. Abigail and Angel are so lovely. Right in the centre of town.

There's a bar on the terrace where they occasionally have shows. The terrace is small and difficult to access.
