Truly excellent service and location. It's not a luxury hotel, but it's a clean hotel that offers all the necessary services at an excellent price. I highly recommend it!

Hotel PF is a solid budget-friendly option in a great location. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of plenty of restaurants, bars, and nightlife, making it a convenient base for exploring the city. One of the highlights of our stay was Alejandro. He was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. More than once, he noticed us coming into the lobby and would press the elevator button for us before we even reached it. It's a small gesture, but it really stood out and made us feel appreciated as guests. The hotel itself was comfortable enough for the price. The beds were a bit firm for my liking, and the air conditioner was somewhat loud, but neither was a dealbreaker. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, and we never had any issues with hot water. Housekeeping cleaned our room daily and did a great job keeping everything tidy. My biggest complaint is the Wi-Fi. I had read about it in previous reviews, and unfortunately, it was still an issue during our stay. The connection was very spotty and often too slow for work. I actually had to go to a nearby coffee shop to take an important work call because the internet wasn't reliable enough. Overall, Hotel PF offers good value for the money. If you're looking for a clean, well-located hotel and don't need fast, dependable Wi-Fi, it's a perfectly reasonable choice.

I don't recommend it. The hotel's good points (location) are overshadowed by the terrible service, the customer service (zero friendliness), and the abysmal security, as something went missing from my room and no one took responsibility.

Inhumane and disrespectful management. The receptionist was incredibly arrogant. I do not recommend this hotel.
