Excellent location. I really liked the room, the bed, and the bathroom. Nice and modern. 24-hour reception. The only downside was that it was noisy at night; you could hear the music from nearby bars until 4 am. That wasn't ideal. Otherwise, everything was fine. The best thing was the location. Good value for money.

I'm very upset. I've been calling for several days and no one answers. My card was charged twice! I need a refund.

Regarding the room, we got the one with a street view. For what it is, it's very comfortable and has everything you need. The door has a code entry, and we didn't have any trouble opening it. We weren't bothered by outside noise where we slept. There are a few minor issues, like the lighting, but they didn't complicate our stay. I really liked the concept; it has a kind of old-fashioned feel, with wooden floors but new furniture that didn't look worn. There's a small rack for hanging clothes, nightstands, and a light switch next to the bed. The original architecture is still preserved from the outside of the hotel. When you open the window facing the street, you can see towards Zona Rosa. There's a restaurant below, and the rooms start on the first floor. You have to climb stairs, so keep that in mind since there's no elevator. The young people at reception are friendly. If you arrive at the hotel after midnight, you just ring a bell, and they'll let you in. The bed is comfortable, there's hot water for showering, and a hairdryer. They have complimentary bottled water and all the essentials of any hotel. It's two blocks from the Angel of Independence. There are restaurants nearby that are reasonably priced.
