Save your money and skip the breakfast add-on. I waited over 1 HOUR for a breakfast I paid for. When I went to reception to complain and cancel the service, they told me they "couldn't do anything." The receptionist then told me I could swap it for lunch instead—but when I showed up for lunch, they told me the kitchen closes at 11 AM! Total waste of money for a service I never even got. On top of that: The breakfast options are incredibly basic and low-cost (only Chilaquiles, waffles, or molletes). The rooms have paper-thin walls; you can hear everything. The mattress was completely worn out, leaving a massive "valley" in the middle. The rooftop is almost always closed for private events. To make matters worse, the girl at the reception was zero help, incredibly unprofessional, and just talks a lot without solving any actual problems. Definitely not worth the price. Avoid.

Excellent location! The rooms are very good, shower with hot water and amazing smelling soaps, the staff is very nice and approachable Whoever comes to the city - highly recommended!

It looks nice and is actually well done, but lacks of clear character and atmosphere and then the worst ist that in the room where we stayed, it felt like you're right at the DJ Booth of a terrible mainstream party and you gotta be "dancing in the moonlight" all night long - cause with this noise there is barely any sleep..

It was a great experience; it has many amenities on each floor, and it's super well located, although because of this, there's noise in the room from the nearby bars. However, the hotel includes a white noise machine and earplugs (a great touch, by the way), but the white noise machine in my room didn't work because it turned off after 2 seconds. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times, a detail that is always appreciated.

It's very noisy. Especially Friday and Saturday. There are earplugs in the room, so it's a must. It's better to sleep outside.👻
