It's an excellent place to share a really good glass of wine or perhaps a great cocktail. Needless to say, the food was spectacular; I would definitely go back.

An incredible dining experience from start to finish. The service was exceptional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish beautifully prepared and full of flavor. They also offer an excellent wine selection with something for every palate. One thing that stood out was seeing so many locals dining there, which is always a great sign that the food is consistently good. If you're looking for authentic Spanish cuisine, great wines, and outstanding service, Luisa Restaurant is a must-visit. Highly recommended.

Very disappointing dining experience. We were served by a male staff member who, honestly, seemed like he did not like Asian customers. His attitude was inexplicably rude, and I have no idea why he treated us that way. He showed absolutely no patience, no sense of customer service, and looked annoyed the entire time we interacted with him. If he dislikes his job so much—or has an issue with certain groups of people—he should consider a different profession rather than taking it out on paying customers. On top of that, the shrimp my friend ordered was clearly not fresh. The texture was strangely soft and mushy, almost as if it had been frozen, thawed, and refrozen multiple times. It was a very unusual and unpleasant texture, and I genuinely do not understand how it was served. The only reason I am giving one star instead of something even worse is that some of the other dishes tasted decent. However, considering both the poor food quality and, more importantly, the terrible attitude of this male server, I will not be returning and will not recommend this restaurant to anyone. I will also be sharing my experience on my own social media platforms. Your staff are the face of your business. Please treat your customers with respect and provide the level of service they deserve.

Locals eat here. I saw no tourists. It’s on the pricey side but dishes are authentic Puerto Rican with a Spanish Galician flare.

Very disappointed with this restaurant. The shrimp was clearly not fresh — it had a strong fishy smell and an unpleasant mushy texture. After bringing it up to the staff, they still refused to offer any refund or compensation. Poor food quality and even worse customer service. Definitely would not come back.

I was really disappointed with my experience here. The shrimp did not taste fresh at all — it was very soft and had a bitter taste, which made me uncomfortable continuing to eat it. I informed the staff, but they only refunded the price of one shrimp instead of properly addressing the issue with the dish. I understand that problems can happen, but the way it was handled felt dismissive. When seafood tastes off, it should be taken seriously, not treated like a minor issue. Overall, the food quality and customer service were disappointing, and I would not recommend this place.

Great food

We always eat very well here. However, yesterday I ordered a New York strip steak cooked on a hot stone. I always ask for my meat to be red in the middle (not pink or raw). They brought it pink, and the chef argued that I had let it cook on the stone, so it was my fault, but this time he was going to replace it. Actually, it arrived pink, so it was unacceptable. Even the waiter was embarrassed. This reprimand was unnecessary and in bad taste, but we kept quiet to avoid escalating the argument. Aside from that experience, everything else was excellent.

The food was excellent, and the restaurant atmosphere was great as well. However, they gave us the menu on loose sheets of paper because they had a limited number of menu cards. For a restaurant at those prices, I would expect a more professional presentation. We spent $200 for two people.

Place full of local regulars, so it’s probably consistent. Extensive menu. LOVE the fideos and add Tabasco lime and aioli (that’s a power move).
