Stepped in for a brunch and drag show. As it’s important to mention them separately. I did not make the drag show part of it due to my own personal reasons; ie. I did take a stroll in-between eating and show time. There seemed to be a couple “speedy” types on the street chillin’ next to my vehicle that had my spidey senses going bonkers… and sure enough, they were most definitely shakily “doom scorlling” on top of my vehicle upon my retune to it. Which yay, in the day and age of doom scrolling. Maybe perhaps i am just too sensitive to sketchy behaviors. Dern, how one does come to miss and become grateful for times catching drag shows nightly in manhattan the generation before the smartphone enslaved all of our attentions to a screen. Alas, yes, yay. Event and venue. Assigned seating, yay. Very thoughtful in reaching out prior to try and nail the best seating for “party”. Solo goers, look out. You’ll be lucky enough to score your own table! Spaced out nicely. Buffet style service. Table service. Though, ya might get pegged at the bar for a drink order while waiting in line to serve your own food. This did pretty much sink my overall failure to the cause. It put me with drink and food in hand navigating back to assigned seat. -which did have table service. I’m tipping either way. Why stress me over a drink when in line to get food? Meh, whatever. Food was good and plentiful. Though, only went thru respectfully the one time. I’d ate 3x-4x more as there was that much to go around but yay. The walk in lieu of over stuffing did permit me to catch what might have been unsavoriness on the street near my parked vehicle. Unfortunately, i did not catch the show but did leave 15-18 singles with a gentleman at the bar that seemed to be honest enough looking to enjoy tipping entertainers. Other costs: 25 entry. 3.00 coffee with a 10.00 tip. It could have been more money spent. I am a sucker for a T-shirt. There seemed to be at least 4 colors available. I would have eventually perhaps asked for any mocktail drinks as it is a 25-30 min drive one way from home, and i did come with 50 singles in my pocket but hey, no worries. Still a five star review across the board. And who knows, maybe I’ll in and out pride night at Busch to catch music bingo? Came alone, ate alone, and most definitely left alone. -It’d been nice to have some interaction with drag aspect during the “brunch” hour.

As someone who frequented B&S very often in my younger years, I was highly impressed when I visited today and truly got to check out all the improvements that the new management has made. It's still the Bubby's you may have loved in the past like me, but she has a new wig and is snatched for the community for years to come! Great events happening often

Friendly bar popular for drag shows, karaoke, live music, dancing and other events. Recently renovated. Pool tables, slots, and a large back patio also provide extra places to enjoy the bar. Service can be a little slow when the bar is hopping.

Such a wonderful place to go if you're looking for a place full of love and acceptance. We were there with our son and his friends and we felt so at home. Ty was so great and treated us like family. I'm so happy that there is a place like this in our area. We need it.
