I grew up in Ann Arbor and 1972 was so full of unity love and acceptance. We had the Flame on Washington Street and the dance bar on Main called the Scene. I,ve lived the last 40 years in San Francisco and Ann Arbor will always be my home. This place was great to visit on my vacation and I realized how great the people still are here. The staff was so good to me and I will tell everyone in the Castro how great the bar is. Thanks Tiffany
This place is hit or miss depending on when you go. The drag brunch is incredible, however I tried to take an out of town guest here when it says they have happy hour online and the door was locked. Their phone is also out of service to confirm details. I probably wouldn't return unless there is an event taking place.
Amazing atmosphere, amazing performers, amazing staff. Events/special nights here are top tier. Anytime you go here you can expect to be welcomed with open arms, and always a good time to be had. Drinks are very reasonably priced, cover (if any) is cheap! Sunday brunches are killer here, the food is catered and great, the drag performers always deliver. Highly recommend to anyone! Shoutout to Shalin, Jeremiah, Anu, Saharsh. Love you all!
