The rooms and bathrooms were extremely outdated, reminiscent of a Motel 6 but at luxury prices. When we inquired about the rooms, we were informed that we had standard rooms, which were not even close to being worth the money. Service was ok, not much to offer.

Absolutely loved out stay. Location is perfect. Staff is very helpful. Sidney at the concierge desk was very helpful. We got stuck during bad weather and they needed to make multiple calls to find us a driver to take us to Denver. Rooms are not huge but everything is very functional and comfortable.

Awesome Hotel! Located in downtown so you can walk to the stores and parks; clean and they clean everyday your room; a delicious organic granola is ready for you when you arrive (plus two more gifts) and the kitchen has everything you need for cooking whatever you want. And the view to the snow mountain is really nice!

Affordable and comfortable place to stay while in Aspen. Worried about the prices of Aspen accommodation for a family of four around Christmas time, we didn't know what to expect but what a spot!! Right in the heart of Aspen, we walked everywhere. Large and roomy with a full kitchen. We couldn't ask for any more. We have a top floor room overlooking the gondola to the ski fields, and yet affordable. Right across the road from a city market, we couldnt ask for anymore. If you want affordable in the heart of Aspen, Stay here. It's had everything you need and more.
