Lost-N-Found Youth

Lost-N-Found Youth (LNFY) is one of Atlanta's most important LGBTQ+ community organisations — a nonprofit providing emergency shelter, transitional housing, and comprehensive support services for LGBTQ+ homeless and at-risk youth ages 18-25. LGBTQ+ youth are dramatically over-represented in the homeless population, and LNFY addresses a gap that neither the mainstream shelter system nor the broader LGBTQ+ community has historically filled adequately. The organisation provides crisis shelter, transitional housing, case management, mental health referrals, job training, and community support — all within a framework that affirms and celebrates the identities of the young people it serves. LNFY was founded in 2011 and has grown into one of the Southeast's most respected LGBTQ+ youth services organisations.
