Lonely Antoinette Funk (Rachel Dratch) believes she has been rescued from misery when her favorite Hollywood personality, Blake de Troy (Jack Plotnick), crashes in the Florida Everglades near her home. A washed-up professional guest star desperate for a comeback, Blake awakens convinced that his sweet-natured but slightly deranged superfan has kidnapped him—before realizing that a kidnapping scandal might be exactly the shameless publicity boost his career needs.
