The lady at the front desk was little to no help when I asked about pricing. Her main focus was cash or credit. The room smelled like cigarettes. And the tv didn’t work.

I’m disappointed in how I was treated by this place. 1. I needed help with using two bank cards. 2. I reside in another state and is here because one of my family members died. 3. I have medical conditions that I’m very embarrassed to say. I have a small service dog and was turned away. I stayed at this location less than two months ago and they accepted my credentials. I also made sure the room was decent when I checked out as requested by the people who checked me in. This price range is what I could afford. Now I have to figure it out. It’s too hot to get rest in my vehicle. I don’t like leaving poor reviews, but I feel really bad after 7 hours of driving

It was a nice stay. Just wish the room was clean.

The night clerk was nice, but the morning one was not. The room was huge and mostly clean, except brown spots on the wall. It had a real walk in closet, but no refrigerator or microwave and small tv. It was loud next door all night but that's nothing the management has control over.

I didn’t get any sleep because some woman in the room next to mine had different men in her room all night, she screamed all night and banged the headboard against the wall and you could hear the noise in my room. I told management and they had nothing to say…
