⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Top bloke Raul saved the day after a proper nightmare. Came down here for a festival today and was buzzing for the stay. Unfortunately, even though I’d booked well in advance, didn't actually end up staying the night. When I rocked up, the lad on the front desk, Raul, explained that he couldn't accommodate us. Turns out there was a massive storm last night and the power had been completely wiped out ever since. To be fair, he completely understood I was gutted and frustrated, but he calmly explained the situation. No power meant absolutely no lights, no AC, and no hot water. Crucially, he mentioned the CCTV was down as well, and he wasn't prepared to compromise on guest safety. Standard behavior, really. Obviously, the weather wasn't his fault, so I cooled my jets a bit. He assured me the booking would be fully refunded and was proper sorry for the hassle. Then he went above and beyond—helped me find another motel over in the Schaumburg area. It was a bit of a trek away, but he sorted me a confirmed booking there so I wasn't left stranded. Absolute legends here, brilliant friendly vibes. Will definitely come back and actually stay next time I'm around. Forgot to say, he even let me charge my phone in his EV while we sorted it all out. Cheers, Raul, you're a star! 🙌

We had reservations at this hotel as my son and his friends were going to a festival nearby and when we got there, the guy at the front desk told us we don't have reservations and said we couldn't stay. Furthermore, a black gentleman was in the lobby, who had a reservation as well and the front desk guy called the cops on him. Clearly they are racists. Do not stay at this hotel. You might not actually get to when you get there!

Drove 3 hours to stay for summer smash music festival for 3 nights. They cancelled both of our rooms with no refund or notification of the rooms being cancelled. Upon our arrival, they said they didn’t have any rooms for us. We were left stranded with nowhere to stay, and were late to the concert we all spent $450 each on. Also this place has bugs crawling all over it and looks completely rundown from the outside. Service was terrible and did nothing in order to aid us in finding somewhere to stay.
