Nice place, very clean

A terrible hotel to stay at. The front desk person had an attitude. Didn’t have working a/c. Had ants coming from the not working vents. Didn’t give me my deposit back. I don’t recommend staying here.

Fantastic! The Baymont by Wyndham was easy to find and convenient to everything. Big bonus, free parking. Check in felt very human and welcoming. Our room was ready when we arrived, and thankfully we were placed on the ground floor near the office. With my sisters in their 70s and all the luggage… that mattered more than you know 😂 It’s very close to Midway Airport and there is a free shuttle. The driver, Sam, was genuinely warm, funny and friendly. The room had soft comfortable beds, great shower pressure, a coffee machine, and shampoo, conditioner, and soap already provided. Other toiletries are available complimentary on request. Breakfast included pastries, toast, eggs, Belgian waffles, cereal, coffee, tea, juice, and ice water. Simple but fresh and convenient. One thing I especially appreciated was the personable service. After check in, Ariana even called to make sure we had everything we needed. As I came back one morning, I saw a mom leaving with two boys in baseball uniforms. Any sports parent knows the panic of wondering if there’s a washer and dryer nearby. Yes, they have one. Huge bonus points. There’s also a small gym onsite and even a slots room if you want to try your luck. Overall, such a pleasant stay with genuinely kind people. Robin was working an extra shift so other moms could be home on Mother’s Day, which honestly says a lot about the atmosphere there.

For starters. This dingy hotel is next to a freeway, paired with poor service, lazy staff and falling apart amenities it’s an absolute waste of money. I’ve had better staying at the number hotels for half the price.

Booked on Delta Stays site. Picked for rating and reviews. Price was reasonable. Rooms on smaller side; our room had two beds (King, Queen), left less space for everything else. Clean but needs minor fixes and touch ups. Windows looked sub par. Door hardware in disrepair.

I really like hotel. They offer a-lot for the prices you pay. It’s very clean and inviting. They offer so much for the prices. I’ve stayed there previously in Cincinnati when I attended the Cincinnati Music Festival so thats what made me pick one closer. to home, other than the Tv’s being small the rooms are great and the hospitality is top tier especially since they offer concierge breakfast while staying there. I give them a 9 out of 10 rating overall. You won’t be disappointed everyone there was very nice too. ❤️💪🏽

Update: They are standing by their policy to kick people out with no apology and standing behind their desk clerk. We received no apology or anything. No one will speak to me. They just responded by email claiming that is their policy. We are business travelers and they kicked us out because an alarm went off while I was taking a shower. Accused us of smoking and gave us 20 minutes to get out. At 10pm. We and our company will never use this place again.

Needed a handicap room. -Worker: "dogs are not allowed in handicap rooms so you can not have a handicap room" Already booked the place so had to stay. Worker then proceeds to give me a room with a non handicap accessable bathroom. Don't come here if you are handicapped.

I stayed at the Baymont by Wyndham Chicago and was extremely disappointed. I tried to pay using my company credit card, which I’ve used at other hotels in the same chain just days before, and they still refused. I even showed that I arrived in a clearly marked company truck, but they wouldn’t let me pay. They also wouldn’t let me talk to a manager to explain the situation, and because of that, I had to find another hotel even though I requested an extra day. On top of that, the room wasn’t in great shape — the chair seat was torn, the carpet was damaged, and it just didn’t feel fresh. Overall, a very frustrating experience. Laundry and vending machine with water doesn’t work.

Check in was fine. Check out almost felt like we were bothering the desk clerk.
