Ate there last night, enjoyed some wonderful surprises. Overall Grade: 5/5 Staff: 5/5 The front of house was outstanding. Our drinks were never empty, our server was knowledgeable and thoughtful, and every interaction felt genuine. What impressed us most was the teamwork. Whether it was clearing plates, picking up a stray straw wrapper, or jumping in to help one another, everyone had each other's backs. It felt like the entire staff was invested in giving every guest a great experience. Food: 5/5 The food was killer. The roasted tomato focaccia was perfectly crisp on the outside, soft and fluffy inside, and honestly worth the visit by itself. We both ordered the steak frites, and it was everything I'm looking for in a steak dinner: a beautiful ribeye with compound butter and a generous pile of fries. Simple food, big flavor. Everything tasted fresh and made with quality ingredients. As a meat-and-potatoes guy, I couldn't have been happier. Environment: 5/5 Percy sits in a beautiful corner building downtown with a patio wrapping around the side. Inside, the dining room feels warm and inviting without being too loud, so we could actually enjoy our conversation. The open kitchen adds a little energy to the room without taking away from the atmosphere. ***Hospitality:*** 5.5/5 This is where Percy really separated itself. When I made our anniversary reservation, I left a note explaining that we'd unexpectedly lost our dog, Charlie, just a week earlier after 13 wonderful years together. Celebrating our anniversary felt difficult, but I also mentioned how much my partner loves Percy's focaccia and couldn't stop talking about it after our last visit. From the moment we walked in, the team made us feel celebrated. As soon as our drinks hit the table before ordering, a complimentary foccaccia was dropped off because she loves it so much. Then, at the end of the meal, they surprised us with a small pup cup of whipped cream with 13 dusted in powdered sugar to honor Charlie's age, along with a handwritten anniversary card signed by the team. Don't let me forget they gave us complimentary cheesecake to celebrate our anniversary. It was such a simple gesture, but one that meant more to us than I can put into words. In one of the hardest weeks we've had, we appreciate the little bit of special treatment Thank you to everyone at Percy for your kindness, compassion, and for going above and beyond. It turned what could have been a difficult anniversary into one we'll always remember.

Kaleb was an awesome server, not only was the food delicious (YUM BRUNCH!) BUT the service was also top notch. we will be back

This was my first time visiting Percy and we had a great experience! Our waiter Darren was so knowledgeable of the menu and helped us navigate allergens and other questions that we had!! Service and food was wonderful and would highly recommend visiting!

We had an amazing experience! Darren was an AMAZING server! He was very knowledgable about the gluten free options and extremely kind. Food was delicious of course as well! The server made our experience exceptional!

Had a great gathering with friends in this beautiful location. No pressure from staff but quite attentive. We had cocktails only and were treated just as well as if we were having a full dinner service. Odd comment here but the bathroom is gorgeous and a must see. I really appreciated this restraint and their very clean atmosphere.

Stopped at Percy our first night in Boise after a LONG drive. The atmosphere is really special. Service here was top-notch too! I can recommend the salmon toast—completely divine! Our cocktails were perfect. All in all, a great evening after a long day. We would love to come back!
