Everything was perfect. Food, Atmosphere, Service!!

Stardust (not only has a great name) has a lovely calming atmosphere, with attentive waitstaff. The food was enjoyable and flavorful, I got the airline chicken and was using my fork to clean the plate of the delicious sauce. 10/10 would recommend!

What a great night at Stardust! The food was delicious and the service was so friendly. It was a great place to celebrate.

Tried to come here for lunch with a registered service dog, who is very well trained, and never causes any disturbances in public, but we were berated with invasive questions and forced to leave because they “didn’t believe it was a real service dog.” Absolutely terrible experience here, they are not service dog friendly, even though it’s the law, and the staff and management were very rude. What a joke. Don’t come here if you want to be treated with kindness and respect. Edit in response to their reply: The manager is misrepresenting the truth. Today we called to have a conversation with the manager, to inform her of our experience on August 8th at 10:30am, she immediately behaved in a very unprofessional manner, was rude, disrespectful, and she called me a liar and refused to have a conversation, and hung up on me. Which I found extremely disrespectful, you signed this communication the (owner), are you Jamie Burns? I would think you would find this valuable feedback, as the owner of a well loved restaurant in Boise. We have frequented your restaurant on many occasions and have always enjoyed our dining experience. After what’s happened I no longer feel that way, and I will no longer be recommending your establishment. The hostesses who greet your customers need to treat people with disabilities with same respect and courtesy as they treat everyone else. The reason I’ve taken the time to try and correct the situation is because I care and I want other people who come into your restaurant with their service dogs to be treated correctly. I’m very surprised that throughout this whole experience you or your manager have never apologized but have only been defensive. You were expecting the review because you know that you were in the wrong, your staff is not fully trained and were very rude, and asked for the paper work which you are not legally aloud to ask for, this is stated directly on the ADA service dog guidelines website And, based on all the other bad reviews, it seems their is a clear pattern, where the (owner) just gaslights and tells people their experience never happened, without taking any accountability or constructive feedback. Very disappointing.
